Bold Move to Wordpress

Influenced by a friend - Benj Arriola, I finally decided to move over to WordPress for my blogging activities. I’m still trying to get used to it and I think there are still a lot of things for me to learn about Wordpress.
For a bit of history about my blogging activities - I first started with blogger and I think they’re cool. Then I moved over to Mambo, then to Joomla. Both Mambo and Joomla are cool too. But then, as I said, due to the overwhelming power that Benj had over me, I moved to Wordpress simply because:
- I wanted to merge my blogger and Mambo/Joomla blogs together
- I wanted to have a simple blogging experience
- I wanted to have Search engine friendly URLs. Both blogger and Mambo provided this and blogger was good at it. Mambo/Joomla on the other hand is not as friendly as I want.
That said, I think Wordpress will provide me with my blogging needs.
